Position Overview

  • We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing top-tier support to ensure a seamless internet experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls, emails, and chat messages from customers

  • Assist with billing inquiries, service troubleshooting, and general support

  • Provide accurate product and service information

  • Log customer interactions and solutions in our CRM system

  • Coordinate with technical and field teams to resolve service issues

  • Follow up on open cases and ensure customer satisfaction

  • Contribute to continuous improvement by providing feedback on common issues or customer concerns

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree a plus)

  • 1+ year of customer service experience (telecom or tech industry preferred)

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment

  • Basic understanding of internet/telecom services or willingness to learn

  • Proficient with computer systems, email, and customer support software

  • Positive attitude, patience, and empathy for all customer interactions

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
